Saturday, We took Miss Elly and Mitzie to meet Gilly and Courtney. I was a bit nervous. After all they are animals. All nerves were for nothing. They all had a great time.

It was fun to watch all the "dog behavior."

I went to bed last night, confident.... I taped enough... to get the entire All Star Game. - Nuts! I didn't.

I am happy with the outcome. Now my Yankees need to step it up.- Yes!

I should get a TON of quilting done today. That room has air.-Yippee

Happy Pink Saturday

Today, I thought I would share a member of my doll collection. Her name is "Easter Bonnet on it Adora Belle." She is sculpted by Marie Osmond and is 01051/10,000.

I love her dolls. I only collect the ones that speak to me. This doll is part of a collection that has a doll for each season. I can appreciate the time and work that goes into each doll. The craftsmanship is exceptional in my opinion.

Every time I look at one of these dolls...I think of that song...I am a little bit country...a little bit rock -n- roll. If you have no idea what I am referring to...You didn't watch " The Donny and Marie Show" like me. : )

Today I feel like.....

Miss Yankee Barbie. The boys WON last night. Notice I said feel like not look like. My sister, Gail bought this for me after I became a true fan.This was after David Wells "Perfect Game". Not to mention my favorite player Derek Jeter. The Captain is a man who teaches integrity by actions.Cute too!:)*giggle*

Naughty Girl

I am NAUGHTY. This is nothing new . I only completed # 2 on my list from yesterday. Read on ..I will explain. I spent the day with Bubbles, my sister. You can find her blog **HERE**. She is new to blogging and would love the Warm Welcome!

Here is what we did do :

1. Received pedicures. (fabulous)
2. Pretended to be " Ladies Who Lunch" at Wegmans
3. Picked Strawberries (lots, tons, and loads) about 16 Quarts.
4. Bubbles tried to teach me how to make jam. ( I don't know if I learned this but, We will see!)

I am SEWING today. It is gloomy here in Western NY. I Love NY! *really* Pictures later! ( I am too LAZY now) LOL!

Things I have learned....

I need to make a To Do list. ( I get more done.)

1. Add Music to my Blog. (more interesting)


2. Finalize plans for July 4 Th. (My favorite summer Holiday.)


3. Sewing/Quilting (Finish something! ANYTHING will do.) LOL!!! : )

I am a bit of a history nerd. I love Local History. So, come with me to the Pier located on Canandaigua Lake.

Here is Canandaigua Lake. It was about 7:30pm.

This is the end of the City Pier. I love to sit down and people watch. School is out and I like to come down here and play a little mental game I call "Tourist or Local." I try to figure out if the person is from here or visiting.
